Three Easy steps to Buy on-line with

Step 1
If you know the code of the garment you want to view then type it in the search phrase box at the top left of this site screen, or click on the "Find" link, it will take you to that garment. Otherwise browse for garments you like by clicking Room numbers at the top of the sites screen.
To put items into the shopping basket you need to first select the size, colour and optional extras (if any). Select "DRESS ONLY" from the list in the optional extras if you do not want any of the extra items.
Then click on the "Add to Basket icon"

DON'T forget to click on the "Add to Basket icon" otherwise your basket will remain empty.
If this is confusing, don't worry, clicking on will prompt you with help if you have not made these selections.
Having garments in the shopping basket does not mean you are committed to buying these items, all it means is that you are interested in them. There is no financial information required from you at this point and changing the contents of your basket is easy, just click on the "Basket" link to view and delete any unwanted entries.
Step 2
Once you are certain your shopping basket contains only what you want to buy then click on the "CHECKOUT" link. Here you will be presented with a choice of "shipping method", "United Kingdom" or "Overseas Customers". Choose appropriately.
Before you press "NEXT" you must agree to the "terms and conditions". Click on the text "I accept these terms and conditions" to read them. When you have read them then click on the box to the left of it. You cannot continue unless you click this box as this is your acceptance of our "Terms and Conditions".
Now you can press "NEXT" which will take you to the payment section.
Step 3
You will now be presented with a form to fill with your personal details which is required for the purchase. Read our Security and Privacy section in our terms and conditions explaining how your personal details are protected.
You then click on "NEXT" which takes you to an area that uses Internet standard encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data when you transmit it to us. This process is known as SSL (secure sockets layer) and we are constantly updating our technology to provide you with the maximum practicable level of security. To check that you are in a secure area of our site look at the bottom of your browser and you will see a closed padlock or an unbroken key. Select Payment method, either VISA or ACCESS, fill in your card details and press "NEXT".
Your transanction will be sent to us and we will then contact you either by telephone or email confirming your order details.
Should you prefer to do your transaction direct over the telephone, or pay by cheque we would be happy to do this as well.
